Smoking is prohibited inside TAP1, but we have an outside smokingarea.  

Yes, TAP1 have a manned cloakroom when we host concerts. This service costs 40 DKK per item.  

All forgotten items are handed over to the lost and found office with the Copenhagen Police on the first coming business day after the event. It is not possible to collect forgotten items at TAP1.

TAP1 is accessible for disabled as the main entrance is connected to a ramp. Furthermore the venue offers accessible toilets. 

It is NOT permitted to bring photographic equipment of a professional nature to certain events, such as cameras with removable lenses, video recorders, sound recorders, etc. permission.

RULES OF ORDER FOR TAP1

Pursuant to the Executive Order on Narcotic Drugs, it is under no circumstances accepted by TAP1 to carry, buy/sell and/or take any kind of drugs on TAP1’s ground. If you are caught in violation of such, this entails in a police report as well as being banned for future events in TAP1. The following measures are taken from TAP1:
  • Guards spotting potential guest under the influence of narcotics, as well as sales persons, upon guests arrival.
  • Upon entering TAP1 guards search the guests for narcotics. Guests carrying narcotics will be denied access to the venue and will be passed on to the police.
  • Toilets and other potential intake areas are kept under strict supervision by patrolling guards.
  • There are constantly guards spotting for guests, who under the influence of narcotics, get unintended or life-threatening reactions.
